About Dr. Eric Thomas
Dr. Eric Thomas is the Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church of Norfolk in Virginia. As a husband and the father of four daughters, Eric understands the challenges that face families each day and the difference Christ makes for a joyful life in the grip of those challenges. Eric earned a Ph. D. for his research on the currents of today's culture and the hope that Jesus has for people drowning in those currents. Through his experience and research, Dr. Thomas clearly communicates the absolute truth of the Bible with a refreshing, energetic approach that helps people understand who they can become in Christ.
